These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of Adviev.com and its members
1.01 1.01 By joining our site as a member, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy and Refund Policy of Adviev.com. Members that do not agree to any of these Terms of Service, Privacy and Refund Policy, should stop using our site/service and terminate their account immediately.
1.02 A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of Adviev.com.
1.03 The member is totally responsible for the money he/she spends in our site Adviev.com.
2.01 Members may not present Adviev.com promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by Adviev.com, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, obscenity or Spam.
3.01 Adviev.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause harm to members.
4.01 Membership at Adviev.com is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member.
4.02 Adviev.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate without notice, the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms of Service, Privacy or Refund Policy.
4.03 Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund (if any) at the sole discretion of Adviev.com with all current and future commissions and site usage forfeited.
4.04 Any membership that is cancelled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with Adviev.com. Any adpacks held in Adviev.com will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to Adviev.com.
4.05 We reserve the right to terminate the member's account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating, misuse or abuse of our site/program/site admin(s)/site member(s).
5.01 The payment processing schedule can take from 1 hour to 40 days. If it takes longer time, please kindly contact the Support for further assistance.
6.01 All purchased items/Add funds/Purchase package (s), Baps/are non-refundable (NO REFUND).
7.01 Pornography /Adult not allowed.
7.02 Ads that disgrace any Religion/Faith / Beliefs / Culture / Race / person / animals or any other living creatures / our site - not allowed.
7.03 Ads with false / fake / misleading claims are not allowed.
7.04 Consideration of your advertising may take up to 72 hours.
Your account will be terminated if these type of ads are posted.
8.01 Adviev.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law.
8.02 Your information collected is used for communication of Adviev.com with the members and will not be sold to any other company.
8.03 We use cookies to keep track of advertisements and Affiliates. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
9.01 It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. Adviev.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
10.01 All branding, logos and graphics contained within Adviev.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. Adviev.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.
11.01 Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to Adviev.com and/or its members may result in the termination of your membership with Adviev.com. Depending on seriousness, Adviev.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
12.01 Adviev.com strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of Adviev.com and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will result in the termination of your membership.
13. In the event of force majeure circumstances (any circumstances beyond the competence of the administration), the administration of the Adviev.com project is relieved of responsibility to its customers for failure to fulfill all declared functions and services. The client does not have the right to make complaints and demand material compensation from the administration of the Adviev.com project if, due to these circumstances, the result of the client’s participation in the project does not meet the expected result.
14. Conflict / disputes of any kind between the client and the administration of the Adviev.com project should be resolved only through negotiations with the conclusion of a subsequently mutually beneficial agreement.
15. Adviev.com reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.
